What is inquiry?

Inquiry is a way of creating deeply intelligent change on a personal level.  It helps you to learn to listen to yourself and your own inner wisdom.  We each have deep inner wisdom and a deep inner knowing. With the busy lives we lead, they can sometimes get a little buried.  Inquiry helps deepen your connection with yourself and helps you to live your life more in-line with who you really are.  In an inquiry session I will support you in accessing your own inner wisdom, in feeling what you are feeling around any given situation in your life and working through it to find deep insights that will sustain you and give you clear direction.

In short, you will learn to access your own wisdom and to trust it and yourself.

Is inquiry for you?

Inquiry can be useful for everyone at pretty much any point in their lives.  It helps you be more you, more comfortable with yourself and happier in the world.  Inquiry is particularly helpful if you have life decisions that you need to make or any situations that are causing you to feel anxious or stressed or that you are unclear about.  It can also be helpful for clearing old patterns or traumas from the past.  If you could use being a little more in-line with yourself, an inquiry session may be useful to you.

Where do we meet for the session? 

We can hold a session at my premises, at your premises or at somewhere that is convenient for both of us and sufficiently confidential. We can also conduct sessions over the phone or via Skype.
